ვილა jacaranda აქვს თავისი ძალიან საკუთარი აუზი; it has a shallow end (1meter) with a good set of steps down into the water, ideal for sitting sipping your g & t! the deep end is around 1.5 მეტრი. the pool & all garden areas surrounding the villa are totally secluded - no-one can see you!
აგარაკი აქვს 2 საძინებელი ოთახი, one huge double bedroom with en-suite shower & 2 sinks; the other is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with "over the bath" shower (sorry, მხოლოდ 1 sink!).
the lounge is divided into a sitting & სასადილო ფართი. one of the sofas is a very comfortable, ორმაგი ტახტი საწოლი. the tv has satellite bbc 1, 2 & ITV. there are numerous dvd's (films + tv programmes) which we have left & also been very kindly left or swapped by previous guests. the books are available on the same basis - read & swap. there is also a selection of cd's - they may not be to your taste however! there is also a portable cd/radio in the kitchen so that you can have music by the poolside.
on your arrival you will find a welcome pack which is included in your price; this consists of the basic needs e.g. წყალი, რძე, sugar, ჩაი & ყავა. the kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, oven, hob, fridge/freezer & მიკროტალღოვანი ა.შ.. it has a small utility room with a washing machine (plenty outside drying space - no need for a tumbler!). full bed linen, villa towels & pool towels are provided at no extra cost. if you are staying for longer than a week, a linen change is also included in your cost.
children welcome. the villa is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac with plenty parking spaces right outside the villa. it is a very secure place for children as there is no way for them to wander on to the road, the perimeter is totally enclosed. a cot & high chair are available at no extra cost.
